As a Florida native, Greg Heartt comes to us from Windermere, Florida, where he most recently served as Head Tennis Professional at the prestigious Isleworth Golf & Country Club. During his tenure, he developed the Junior and Men’s tennis programs from the beginning and advanced the Women’s program from three teams to 15. Heartt also served as USPTA Central Florida District President for the past six years, where he oversaw the development of 200+ certified professionals in the area through continual education and service within the industry. In 2019, Heartt received the USPTA National U-30 Professional of the Year award for his work in connecting Central Florida schools with certified tennis professionals.

Heartt picked up his first racquet at the age of three and was a highly ranked junior player throughout his adolescent career. He went on to play at the collegiate level for Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida where each season he played culminated in ‘Top 10’ Division II rankings.

With his proven expertise, Heartt will provide quality tennis instruction and enthusiasm to his new role as Director of Racquet Sports.

neal cassidy

A native of Forest, VA, Neal brings extensive experience in resort and club settings, serving as the Head Professional & Director of Tennis at The Buccaneer in St Croix, The Siasconset Casino on Nantucket Island, & various other clubs in the Caribbean and New York City. Neal also served as Head Men’s & Women’s Coach at the University of Lynchburg in Virginia, where he received the ODAC men’s head coach of the year in only his second year at the helm (the youngest in the history of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference). He has coached junior players that have gone on to compete for Yale, Michigan, Harvard, & various other Division I schools as well as the juniors US Open & French Open. Neal played tennis at Hampden-Sydney College, where he was a four year started for the nationally ranked Tigers.

Also an avid skier, he used to compete in big air and slopestyle competitions. With a gregarious, southern attitude, and a passion for showing players how to create goals and attain them, Neal is passionate about helping any player reach their maximum potential on the tennis court.
