Functional Movement Screen
Lead by the Certified Strata Fit Personal Training team, evaluate your movement utilizing the Functional Movement Screen. Using the results for the seven-test screen they will teach you effective ways to move better, train better, and ultimately feel better.
Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation with BOD Pod Metabolic Scan
Our Certified Strata Fit Personal Training Specialist will conduct a series of tests and measurements, which will help you determine your strengths and weaknesses. Measurements, which will include blood pressure, body weight, body fat percentage, cardiovascular fitness, body strength, and endurance, core stability, joint mobility, and resting metabolic rate.

Conducted by our Certified Strata Fit Personal Training Specialist, an introductory class for Resort Guests and Garden of the Gods Resort and Club Members ages 12 – 17 years old, who would like supervised access to the Fitness Center.
