Our Group Fitness experiences will inspire and ignite your passion at a place fit for gods to assemble. Each week, we offer more than 50 indoor and outdoor classes, created and led by elite and certified instructors. The class schedule and formats are seasonally programmed to stay relevant and effective — and class sizes are managed to 20 participants or less to provide an intimate atmosphere and personalized instructor engagement. This ensures you get a workout that meets you where you are, while pushing you toward your goals.
For your convenience, our Colorado Springs fitness class schedules are posted online and available for pickup at the Strata Fit Concierge, distributed in membership e-newsletters, and provided in our Garden of the Gods Resort and Club accommodations.
