Michael Garrow
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES and Marketing
With over thirty years of experience at notable and prestigious hotels and resorts across the country, Michael Garrow most recently held the position of Director of Sales at Meadowood in Napa California where he was responsible for all aspects of group and leisure sales. During his tenure over the past 9 years there, Michael helped to lead the property to a Triple Forbes Five-Star rating for the resort, spa and restaurant. Michael has also held several senior sales and marketing roles across the country including Director of Catering & Conference Services at Peaks Resort in Telluride, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Michael, with wife Laura and their fur babies, Black Lab Greta and French Bulldog Rose, are thrilled to be back in Colorado, a place to which they have always wanted to return.

Marie Rossow
director of marketing
Marie has a BFA in Drama, with an emphasis in Dramaturgy, from the University of Oklahoma. Over the course of her career, she has shown that she can adapt to virtually any industry or role – with marketing always being the backbone of each role she mastered. Early in her career, Marie found herself on the ground floor of numerous start-up companies in industries ranging from finance, property management, fitness, and even a campground.
Marie has traveled the country for the past 5 years as a product and marketing manager in Hotel and Casino Marketing. Her experience brings a unique perspective to this ever-changing digital marketing world. She is committed to creating and supporting marketing plans that help our businesses thrive.
Marie enjoys cooking, participating in theater, and bingeing Ru Paul’s Drag Race.

Senior Sales Manager
Drew comes to the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club with over 20 years of hospitality sales experience in the luxury market. His previous experience includes Four Seasons Resorts, The Broadmoor and Bacara Resort (now The Ritz-Carlton Bacara Santa Barbara.) Drew has had the opportunity to work in multiple territories and vertical markets around the US and enjoys building long lasting partnerships with his clients. In his free time Drew enjoys hiking, skiing, cooking, and spending time camping with his family.

Kornelia Karwat
Conference Services Manager
Kornelia was born and raised in Poland. She graduated with an associate’s degree in business in 2020. Kornelia lived in Japan and France during her teenage years. She moved to US when she was 21. She worked at The Broadmoor Hotel for 6 years in the banquet department and as a conference assistant. She also worked at the Mining Exchange Wyndham Grand Hotel and SPA as a Conference Services and Catering Manager and worked for Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
She enjoys her work, the beach, and a good book. She also has an addiction to shoes!

Heather Wolf
Catering Sales Manager
Heather started out her career by serving 10+ years in the U.S. Army as a human resource specialist before becoming medically discharged due to a military injury that has left her a disabled veteran. She then found her passion in weddings and events as she started her own business, Saturnalia Affairs, in Indianapolis. The company was number one before she sold to be closer to family. Heather has perfectly executed over 400 weddings in her career and has a knack for hospitality. Outside of work, Heather has three children and spends her time hiking and snowboarding with them.

Tommi Gable
Catering Manager
Tommi Gable is the Catering Manager at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her role. She graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Tommi’s career began as an Assistant Banquet Manager at Kalahari Resort & Conventions Center, where she honed her skills in event planning and execution. She then advanced to a Food & Beverage Supervisor position at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club, showcasing her leadership and dedication.
Tommi served as the Banquet Manager at the prestigious Boston Harbor Hotel, overseeing numerous upscale weddings and events. Her extensive experience in high-end event management has made her an invaluable asset to the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club team. Outside of work, Tommi enjoys baking, traveling, and hiking with her husband, adding a personal touch to her professional narrative. Her commitment to excellence and love for creating memorable experiences make her an exceptional leader in the catering industry.
