Carissa Nelson
Carissa has had a passion for fitness since the age of 3 when she would follow along with Jane Fonda workout videos. Hiking, weightlifting, and yoga are a few of her favorite ways to get moving. Carissa is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise; along with specialized training in Lagree Pilates, TRX suspension training, cycling and golf fitness. She believes individuals are resourceful and capable of change. Her philosophy is built on the foundation of meeting people where they are, establishing realistic and achievable goals based on individual vision and values for lasting change, and celebrating all successes, great and small.
